Verist announced today the expansion of its strategic value-added services with national law firm Wilson Elser to provide enhanced risk management, litigation preparedness, and claims support services for General Liability clients operating in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. The expanded collaboration is designed to help clients strengthen operational readiness, improve incident response procedures, and proactively manage liability exposures in an increasingly complex claims environment.
Verist and Wilson Elser are launching a series of client-focused training and educational initiatives aimed at improving claim preparedness and reducing litigation exposure. The new initiatives include structured onboarding and incident reporting training, as well as litigation and mitigation preparedness programs tailored specifically to the operational risks commonly faced by Real Estate and Hospitality organizations.
- Through these programs, clients will receive guidance on:
- Incident reporting best practices
- Documentation and evidence preservation
- Litigation preparedness strategies
- Risk mitigation techniques
- Claims escalation procedures
- Coordination during active liability matters
Newly-onboarded clients will participate in training as part of the implementation process, while existing clients will have access to ongoing webcast sessions throughout the year covering emerging liability trends, claims preparedness, and operational best practices.
“Providing proactive support and meaningful resources to our clients remains a key priority for Verist,” said Neil Huber, Global Claims Casualty Technical Leader at Verist. “Our commitment to develop innovative value-added services for our clients, including with Wilson Elser, allows us to deliver practical risk management guidance and claims-focused education that can help clients better navigate complex liability exposures while improving overall claims outcomes.”
The Real Estate and Hospitality industries continue to face evolving liability challenges related to premises incidents, contractor exposures, tenant and guest safety concerns, and litigation activity. The enhanced value-added service offerings from Verist and Wilson Elser are intended to help clients better prepare for and respond to those risks through a combination of operational training, industry insight, and claims expertise. By combining Verist’s claims management capabilities with Wilson Elser’s nationally recognized litigation and risk transfer experience, the programs deliver an integrated and proactive approach to liability management for clients across both industries.
