Holistic risk management offering combines insurance insight, predictive analytics, AI-enabled tools, compliance support, and strategic advisory services to help commercial clients reduce General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto exposures

Verist today announced the launch of RiskSphere, a new integrated Risk Advisory & Consulting Services platform designed to help commercial clients move beyond traditional insurance support toward a more proactive, connected, predictive, and technology-enabled risk management strategy.

RiskSphere brings together Verist’s underwriting, actuarial, claims, and risk control expertise to deliver a broader suite of commercial risk management solutions focused on prevention, preparedness, compliance, predictive risk analysis, and data-driven insight.

“Today’s clients need more than insurance coverage alone,” said Michael Chang, CEO of Verist. “Businesses are facing increasing pressure from General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto exposures that continue to drive claim frequency, severity, and operational disruption. RiskSphere was built to help clients identify risk trends earlier, reduce preventable losses, strengthen workplace and driver safety, improve operational readiness, and make smarter risk management decisions through one coordinated relationship.”

A New Model for Risk Management

RiskSphere expands Verist’s role from traditional insurance and claims support into a comprehensive advisory-led model focused on continuous risk improvement. The platform combines internal expertise with specialized third-party capabilities and predictive technologies to create a scalable and client-centered service ecosystem.

The RiskSphere model is structured around four core service pillars:

Risk Analysis & Prevention

Services include on-site consultations, hazard identification, predictive loss trend analysis, claims collaboration, contractual risk transfer review, sprinkler system design support, water intrusion analysis, ergonomics evaluations, and operational safety reviews focused on reducing workplace injuries, slip-and-fall incidents, and fleet-related exposures.

Risk Training & Compliance

Clients receive support with safety program development, OSHA audit and compliance assistance, workforce safety awareness programs, defensive driving initiatives, documentation readiness, and state-mandated compliance requirements.

Risk Planning & Preparation

RiskSphere helps organizations strengthen business continuity planning, crisis management readiness, emergency response procedures, supply chain resilience, predictive preparedness modeling, and operational readiness testing.

Risk Technology & AI Support

The platform introduces predictive analytics, AI-enabled risk assessments, predictive loss trend modeling, and AI-enhanced operational insights designed to help clients identify emerging exposures earlier and improve operational decision-making.

A Coordinated, Client-Centered Approach

A central differentiator of RiskSphere is its integrated operating model, which aligns underwriting, actuarial analysis, claims intelligence, predictive risk insight, and advisory services into one coordinated client experience.

The framework is designed to create a continuous risk improvement cycle that helps clients:

  • Assess exposures and operational vulnerabilities
  • Diagnose recurring loss drivers and emerging trends
  • Implement prevention and mitigation strategies
  • Measure outcomes and risk reduction progress
  • Refine long-term risk and insurance strategies

According to Verist, this collaborative structure enables stronger underwriting discipline, more informed risk decisions, predictive intervention planning, and deeper client engagement over time.
